Vokal was born from a simple observation shared by thousands of French professionals: spending meetings listening to clients, and evenings retyping notes to produce a quote. A waste of time that costs in lost signatures and burned-out energy.

We started by watching tradespeople, field sales reps, freelance prospectors. The same pattern came up every time: a notebook or a voice recorder, messy notes, and far too often a quote sent three days later — by which point the client had moved on to a competitor.

Technology had finally caught up. Generative AI matured in 2024-2025. What was missing was orchestration — a finished, accessible product, compliant with new European e-invoicing requirements. That became Vokal.
